Parma ham, Cheese & Tomato Ciabatta

Something veryy simple that you can make for lunch in about 10 minutes!There’s a lot that can go into this sandwich, so, here are a few things:

For 1 serving

  • 1 ciabatta roll
  • cherry tomatoes
  • mozzarella or any other cheese
  • basil  (optional)
  • parma ham
  • olive oil
  • salt & pepper

Optional

  • pesto
  • basil
  • garlic infused oil
  • roasted peppers

  1. Cut the ciabatta in half and drizzle on some oil.
  2. Place the parma ham on top, as well as sliced tomatoes and cheese.
  3. If you’d like, add some roasted peppers, pesto or basil.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. To heat, place in the oven for just a few minutes or until cheese starts to melt.
  6. Enjoy!
