2) Let the Light In
Sitting in a space that is filled with light (window/outdoors) can uplift your mood. However, dark atmosphere=dark mood.
Even if you don’t feel like doing a hardcore workout, even doing a few stretches or yoga exercise can be a major stress reliever.
4) Zone out
Relax with some candles and enjoying some downtime can relax and free you from stress. Flip through photos, read, write or listen to music.
